China Sales Rep Lady: “ooh you have a chinese business card!”
American Sales Guy: “Yah ive worked in Asia for ever, I have ones in Japanese and a few other languages” (very proud)
China Sales Rep Lady: “Next time, you get chinese name. Just like we had american names.”
A few minutes later
American sales guy: i have a dog that is a chinese breed - google it!
Same Chinese Woman: we don’t google, we baidu.
incidently, google/gmail has barely worked here. fb never does. accessing twitter allegedly can get you blocked. in fact, tumblr is the only of my socially networked sites i use that is working….
